Someone Somewhere and Adidas have joined forces to launch a collection of hand-embroidered jerseys for the Mexican National Team.

WIRED interviews Antonio Nuño, co-founder and CEO of Someone Somewhere, about using artificial intelligence to create the jersey designs, which were then hand-embroidered by indigenous artisans for the Mexican National Team. These jerseys feature over 100 meters of artisanal embroidery done by women from the Sierra Norte de Puebla. (WIRED)
